An elevated estrogen level, water retention, virilization symptoms and high blood pressure are the effects of Durabolin, but they occur more often with Deca-Durabolin than with Durabolin. Due to the reduced duration of its effect, no unwanted concentration of antrogen happens and so female athletes take it in weekly intervals. An interval of three up to four days between the injections is to be noticed. While offering satisfactory results, Durabolin is one of the most secure toxic-free steroids. Since it doesn’t have a negative effect on the liver function, Durabolin can even be administrated even cases of liver disease. Side effects are extremely rare and only happen in cases of highly sensitive persons. Deep voice, acne, huskiness, increased libido and other such virilization symptoms are possible in women, but are rare should reasonable dosages be taken at sensible intervals. As for men, they usually experience no side effects with Durabolin. A proper therapy of HCG and Nolvadex/Clomid following the cycle is however recommended since the liberation of gonadotropins in the hypophysis is foreclosed.
Usually, one can expect headaches, minor acne, increased libido and higher blood pressure causing a longer period of time for blood to clot. Some other side effects that are possible are : symptoms resembling a peptic ulcer, nausea, acne, leukopenia, excitation (commonly referred to as roid rage), diarrhea, sleeplessness, edema (water retention), prolonged blood clotting time, chills, increase in libido, hypertension, vomiting. Women have reported : post-menopausal bleeding, hoarseness or deepening of the voice, water retention, menstrual irregularities, swelling of the breasts and enlargement of the clitoris. Men have reported : chronic priapism, inhibition of testicular function, bladder irritability, cases of impotence and epididymitis.
During prolonged high-dose therapy with anabolic steroids cases of peliosis hepatic, tumors of the liver or even liver cancer have occurred. These effects are very rare but also very dangerous as they may lead to death. Our advice is to discuss these possibilities with your doctor.
